NetBackup Postgres Agent can be used with Symantec Linux Client to backup PostgreSQL servers. All NetBackup backup and restore operations can be performed.

Requirements
- Symantec NetBackup Linux Client 7.0.x, 7.1 or 7.5
- NetBackup Postgres Agent from Zmanda Network
- Perl should be installed on the Postgres server.

Monitoring and Reporting
Backup and Restoration can be monitored using NetBackup Operations Manager. See NetBackup manuals for more details.
