Organization Management in Zmanda Endpoint Backup
Organization Management in Zmanda Endpoint Backup includes the options to manage users, backup, billing, products, backup templates, and much more. However, the tasks visible under Organization Management may differ based on the role (Owner, IT Administrator, Finance Administrator, End-User) assigned to that user.
Let's explore Organization Management options in Zmanda Endpoint Backup.
Users - To view all the users currently added to the organization, this section of Zmanda Sentinel can be used. The owner and IT administrator can add users, manage their roles, reset the password for users, delete the users, and manage licenses and account details when needed via this section.

Devices - The IT administrator and owner can view all the devices currently used by different users in the organization. They can also view the storage used by the specific device and the email-id associated with it.

Products - The owner and finance administrator can visit this section to add and remove licenses as required. They can also upgrade the subscription via the Products section. The IT administrator can only view the products and licenses in the organization.

Backup Templates - The owner and IT administrator can control backups in the organization through this section. This includes inclusions and exclusions in backup along with preferences. To know more about it, please refer to our guide on backup templates.

Single sign-on - Zmanda Endpoint Backup offers single sign-on (SSO) via SAML. The owner and IT administrator can configure SSO via this section.

Restore - This section enables the owner and IT administrator to restore the backup for the users added to the organization in case of emergency.

Billing - This section can be expanded to view billing overview, details, history, and estimates. The owner and finance administrator manage payments and subscriptions for the organization through this section.
