# Step 7: Checking Backup Job Status

The **Job Logs** page in Zmanda Pro provides a comprehensive view of all backup jobs, both past and present, allowing you to track and manage activities efficiently.

1. To check current and past job statuses, navigate to the **Job Logs** section under the **Accounts** menu.
2. Use the **Job Search...** button to explore various search options.
3. Select **Recent- and incomplete- jobs** to display the latest job activities, **All Jobs (unfiltered)** to view the complete job history or **Custom search query...** to create your own filter.&#x20;
4. If needed, refresh the page using the refresh button in the navigation bar to update the results with the most recent data.

#### Enhanced Reporting Options:

* **Exporting Reports**: You can export job reports directly from the Job Logs page for record-keeping or further analysis.
* **Email Reports**: Set up custom email notifications to receive automatic updates after job completion or on a schedule.

#### Quick Access to Recent Activities:

* For a quick overview of a user’s recent activities, visit the **Recent Activity** page, which shows all activities from the past 10 days.
